Cooking method

Finely chop all the sausage ingredients into a deep bowl.   1. Grease the baking tray a little with vegetable oil. You don’t have to use oil at all if the baking sheet has a non-stick coating, but out of habit, I grease it anyway. I think it tastes better this way.

  3. Place future sandwiches on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven for about 7-8 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. I have an electric oven, with heat on top and bottom, so this time is enough for me, but, remembering from past experience, when I used a gas stove and oven, in a gas oven I put a baking sheet with such hot sandwiches on medium heat and on the very top, at 12- 15 minutes was just enough time for the bottom to brown and the cheese to set in the filling.

  • a few sprigs of parsley - for decoration.

Method for preparing sandwiches:

If you don’t have ready-made minced meat, but have a couple of pieces of fresh meat, pass it through a meat grinder. It is ideal if the minced meat is combined - pork and beef. Then add a chopped clove of garlic to the chopped meat. Add some salt. Pepper it. Add sour cream and stir. Grate the cheese. Place minced meat on each piece of bread, either in “barrels” or “boats”. Sprinkle cheese mixture on top. Place a baking sheet with sandwiches greased with vegetable oil in a well-heated oven. Bake until the cheese crust is golden brown. 15-17 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • odorless vegetable oil – 1-2 tbsp. l.;
  • butter – 30 g.

How we will cook:

Clean the champignons. Cut into thin slices. Finely chop the onion. Heat the vegetable oil and fry the onion in it until soft. Then add mushroom slices. Fry, stirring, for 3-4 minutes. Add some salt. Add pepper. Add the pressed garlic. Grate the cheese and mix with sour cream. Grease the sandwich base with butter. Place the fried mushrooms. Then - sour cream and cheese. Place in a preheated oven. Cook at 200 degrees for 15 minutes until an appetizing crust appears. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve while sandwiches are still hot.

What do you need:

  • canned fish in its own juice – 1 can;
  • onions – 1 pc. (small size);
  • vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • ground black pepper - a pinch;
  • large chicken eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • sour cream – 2 tbsp. l./
  • garlic - a small clove;
  • hard cheese – 150 g.

What we do:

Boil the eggs hard. Cool and peel. Finely chop the onion. Fry in vegetable oil until light golden brown. Mash the canned fish with a fork. Mix all ingredients. Put sour cream on them. Add some salt and pepper. Place the hot sandwiches in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. At this time, grate the cheese. Remove the sandwiches and sprinkle with cheese shavings. Return the appetizer to the oven for another 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
