  • 1.5 tablespoons flour
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt, ground red pepper and Herbes de Provence seasoning to taste

Preparation:

1. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Cut onions and carrots into small cubes. Grind the cheese on a grater. If you have a hard variety, such as Parmesan, then it will be just great. It makes the crust amazingly golden brown and tasty.


2. Heat the frying pan over the fire. Pour in vegetable oil and heat it. Add the onion, simmer for 5 minutes while frying, then add the carrot cubes.

Fry until the onion is slightly browned and the carrots are limp.


3. Next add fillet pieces.

And fry it until the meat turns white, about 10 minutes. During this time, periodically stir the contents so that nothing burns.


4. Add flour. We need it to thicken the sauce, in which case the casserole will not fall apart and will look beautiful when served. Mix well.


5. Once the flour has dispersed and lightly fried, a slight nutty smell will appear. As a rule, this requires 2 - 3 minutes. And that means it’s time to add the cream and, while stirring, bring the resulting sauce to a boil.

There is no need to boil so that the cream does not lose all its beneficial qualities.


If you find the cream a bit fatty, you can replace it with regular milk.

6. Rinse cauliflower and broccoli with water and separate into inflorescences. Place them in a heat-resistant dish with high sides. You can choose any laying method - either in layers, or interspersed, that is, whichever you like best.


7. Pour the contents of the pan over the cabbage, distributing it evenly over the entire surface of the dish. It’s already turning out incredibly beautiful.

We will need:

  • Broccoli - 400 grams
  • Green beans - 400 grams
  • Garlic - 3-4 cloves
  • Soy sauce - 1 - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Hot pepper - 0.5 - 1 piece
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable oil - 30 grams
  • Water - 3-4 tablespoons
  • Rice starch - 1 teaspoon per 1/3 cup of water (if you don’t have rice starch, you can use corn starch)

Preparation:

1. Chop the garlic and fry it in a frying pan in heated vegetable oil. The frying time should be no more than 20 seconds, otherwise the garlic will give a not very tasty aroma to the entire dish.


For this recipe, it is better to take a frying pan with high sides. And if you have a Chinese wok in your kitchen, it will be absolutely wonderful.

2. Rinse the broccoli and separate it into florets. Blot with paper towels so that the water does not splash the oil, and place in the garlic.


3. Immediately add green beans to it. It should be cleared of tails on both sides in advance and cut into fragments with a side of about 2 - 2.5 cm. Stir and simmer in a frying pan for a couple of minutes.


4. Now you can add the chopped red capsicum. Don't forget to clean the seeds. If it is not very spicy, then add a whole peppercorn, but if it is chili, then most likely the whole pepper will be too much. In this case, you can add it to taste.

And also immediately add soy sauce and water, and any seasoning for vegetables that you usually use.

After adding each component, carefully and quickly mix the contents so that everything is evenly distributed throughout the dish.


At the end, close the pan with a lid and simmer the contents for 5 - 7 minutes, during this time, you can stir the vegetables a couple of times so that they do not burn, and they all simmer equally. Add salt if necessary, although this may not be necessary when adding soy sauce.

And here is the recipe - a puree soup made from three types of cabbage - Brussels sprouts, cauliflower and broccoli, and even with spinach. The soup turns out divinely delicious!


This first course takes just ten minutes to prepare.

What you will need:

  • broccoli - 0.5 kg.
  • Brussels sprouts - 0.5 kg.
  • cauliflower - 0.5 kg.
  • spinach - 0.3 kg.
  • cream - 0.5 l.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Preparation:

1. Immediately prepare all the vegetables, wash them, separate them into inflorescences, if necessary, and peel them, cutting off all excess. You can make soup from fresh or frozen ingredients.

Before cooking, it is better to place fresh vegetables in cool, salted water to remove small bugs.

The same title goes to cauliflower's cousin, broccoli, which American chefs call cabbage with higher education. How did they manage to withstand the blockade? The fact is that an amazing vegetable grew in the city, which saved them from starvation. In honor of the magic cabbage, the city was named Broccoli, which means “fist” in Latin. Whether it was true or not, we don’t know.
