Well, before moving on to the recipe, I want to mention one more point. I always cook these cookies with butter and never use margarine as a substitute (I’m talking about this one shortbread recipe). Yes, it's more expensive, but it's also much tastier! Butter cookies with a bright creamy taste can only be obtained by using butter.

Adjust the amount of flour based on the characteristics of your products - sometimes 280 grams will be enough, sometimes just a spoon is not enough. Make sure that the dough you press against with a clean, dry palm should not stick to your hands. If you knead shortbread dough in a food processor, pay attention to the walls of the bowl - they should not bear evidence of the shortbread dough arriving.


In general, that's all. The original recipe, given to us by the teacher of works, stated that it would not be a bad idea to put the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour, but I neglect this rule, everything rolls out perfectly for me anyway. Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes until beautiful golden brown.
