Ingredients:

  • a glass of squash caviar;
  • mayonnaise;
  • 160 g hard cheese;
  • 1 small carrot;
  • 2 unleavened (wheat) pancakes;
  • 230 g smoked sausage;
  • sour cream;
  • 140 g corn from a can;
  • 100 g dry buckwheat.

Preparation:

  • Boil buckwheat in salted water;
