Mazurka recipe with dried apricots and prunes. Mazurka cake recipe with dried fruits. Calorie, chemical composition and nutritional value. For the test you will need

Ingredients:
Prunes - 0.5 cups
Dried apricots - 0.5 cups
Raisins - 0.5 cups
Walnuts - 1 cup
Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Sugar - 1 cup
Flour - 1 cup
Margarine - 100 g
Soda slaked - 0.5 tsp
Juice of half a lemon
Honey - 2 tbsp. l.
Cooking:
1. The most laborious in this recipe is to cut dried fruits. It is better to take prunes without pits, it is easier and faster to cut them. We cut into small pieces.
2. We also cut dried apricots into pieces. Wash and dry the raisins.
3. We chop the walnuts into several parts (but not into powder, pieces of nuts should be felt in the cake).
4. Break eggs into a bowl, add granulated sugar. Mix them with a whisk (not a mixer!) until smooth. Gradually add flour and also mix with a whisk or spoon. We extinguish the soda with vinegar and put it in the dough.
5. Melt the margarine to a liquid state and pour it into the dough (we first cool the margarine a little so that it is not too hot, otherwise the eggs in the dough may curl). Add lemon juice.
And liquid honey (better to take light). Now add chopped dried fruits and nuts.
6. Mix everything well. The dough itself should not turn out too thick (the consistency is about the same as for charlotte, i.e. the dough should drain from a spoon).
7. Pour the dough with dried fruits into a mold, which we pre-lubricate with oil or cover with baking paper.
8. We put in the oven, which we heat up to 150-160 degrees. Bake in the oven until crusty, about 35 minutes.
9. Cake is best eaten cold. This is delicious!
