The approximate menu of the first phase of the Atkins diet is designed for weight loss of approximately 4 to 12 kg per week.
Provided that you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
If you find it difficult to drink during the day, drink 4 glasses in the morning before breakfast and the rest in the afternoon. In the evening, leave no more than one glass of water before dinner.

The universal diet for any age ends only when you stop losing weight by adding 5 g of carbohydrates every week.
All other rules, including preventive testing of urine for ketones, and blood for sugar, continue to be carried out constantly.
