Lawyer Boris Grinberg. Moscow region, lawyer Grinberg Boris Aleksandrovich. "Life Beginning"

Do you think you are Russian? Were you born in the USSR and think that you are Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian? No. This is wrong.

Are you actually Russian, Ukrainian or Belarusian? But do you think that you are a Jew?

Game? Wrong word. The right word"imprinting".

The newborn associates himself with those facial features that he observes immediately after birth. This natural mechanism is characteristic of most living creatures with vision.

Newborns in the USSR saw their mother for a minimum of feeding time during the first few days, and most of the time they saw the faces of the maternity hospital staff. By a strange coincidence, they were (and still are) mostly Jewish. The technique is wild in its essence and effectiveness.

Throughout your childhood, you wondered why you lived surrounded by strangers. The rare Jews on your way could do whatever they wanted with you, because you were drawn to them, and pushed others away. Yes, even now they can.

You cannot fix this - imprinting is one-time and for life. It’s difficult to understand; the instinct took shape when you were still very far from being able to formulate it. From that moment, no words or details were preserved. Only facial features remained in the depths of memory. Those traits that you consider to be your own.

System and observer

Let's define a system as an object whose existence is beyond doubt.

An observer of a system is an object that is not part of the system it observes, that is, it determines its existence through factors independent of the system.

The observer, from the point of view of the system, is a source of chaos - both control actions and the consequences of observational measurements that do not have a cause-and-effect relationship with the system.

An internal observer is an object potentially accessible to the system in relation to which inversion of observation and control channels is possible.

An external observer is an object, even potentially unattainable for the system, located beyond the system’s event horizon (spatial and temporal).

Hypothesis No. 1. All-seeing eye

Let's assume that our universe is a system and it has an external observer. Then observational measurements can occur, for example, with the help of “gravitational radiation” penetrating the universe from all sides from the outside. The cross section of the capture of “gravitational radiation” is proportional to the mass of the object, and the projection of the “shadow” from this capture onto another object is perceived as an attractive force. It will be proportional to the product of the masses of the objects and inversely proportional to the distance between them, which determines the density of the “shadow”.

The capture of “gravitational radiation” by an object increases its chaos and is perceived by us as the passage of time. An object opaque to “gravitational radiation”, the capture cross section of which is larger than its geometric size, looks like a black hole inside the universe.

Hypothesis No. 2. Inner Observer

It is possible that our universe is observing itself. For example, using pairs of quantum entangled particles separated in space as standards. Then the space between them is saturated with the probability of the existence of the process that generated these particles, reaching its maximum density at the intersection of the trajectories of these particles. The existence of these particles also means that there is no capture cross section on the trajectories of objects that is large enough to absorb these particles. The remaining assumptions remain the same as for the first hypothesis, except:

Time flow

An outside observation of an object approaching the event horizon of a black hole, if the determining factor of time in the universe is an “external observer,” will slow down exactly twice - the shadow of the black hole will block exactly half of the possible trajectories of “gravitational radiation.” If the determining factor is the “internal observer,” then the shadow will block the entire trajectory of interaction and the flow of time for an object falling into a black hole will completely stop for a view from the outside.

It is also possible that these hypotheses can be combined in one proportion or another.

As Kommersant has learned, in the high-profile criminal case of the murder in January of this year of the founder of the Party and Domino retail chains, Alexander Mineev, and the attempted theft of shopping centers he owned worth over $1 billion, the first accused has appeared. The former head of the businessman's legal service, Yulia Egorova, was accused in absentia of complicity in the attempted theft of her boss's property and was put on the wanted list. The investigation hopes that the detention of the lawyer will help get on the trail of the killers.

According to Kommersant, the investigator of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for the Moscow Region, Sergei Antonov, issued a resolution to charge Yulia Egorova in absentia as a defendant for committing a crime under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud on an especially large scale). The woman was put on the wanted list due to the fact that she stopped appearing for questioning on subpoenas and disappeared. At the same time, as Kommersant found out, in the near future the investigation intends to appeal to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation with a demand to dismiss from the internal affairs bodies Ms. Egorova’s husband, who works as a duty officer at the regional police department of the Chekhov district of the Moscow region. According to the investigator, it was the policeman husband who helped Mrs. Egorova escape.

According to investigators, Yulia Egorova, heading the legal service of Alexander Mineev, no later than November 2013, entered into a criminal conspiracy with persons unidentified by the investigation in order to steal ownership rights to 110 thousand square meters from her employer. m of retail and office space in 21 shopping centers in prestigious areas of Moscow. Mr. Mineev acquired them over the years, investing in real estate the funds he earned from the Party and Domino store chains, of which he was the founder.

At the beginning of December last year, Alexander Mineev unexpectedly discovered that shopping centers legally no longer belong to him. Ownership of all real estate was registered in 19 Moscow LLCs, which were owned by four offshore companies established by nominal owners in Belize and the Seychelles. The ultimate beneficiary of offshore companies through a trust agreement, according to law enforcement officials, was Mr. Mineev himself. At the same time, all payments from tenants were accumulated in the accounts of the management company Eurasia LLC, which Mr. Mineev also owned through an offshore scheme. But in mid-November 2013, unknown persons at the Federal Tax Service No. 49, using a power of attorney issued by lawyer Egorova, who had the right to sign, replaced directors in all of Mr. Mineev’s companies. Then the new directors made changes to the constituent documents, as a result of which other offshore companies, not controlled by the businessman, became the owners of the companies.

Mr. Mineev, having learned about the fraud, contacted the police, but on January 22, 2014, he was killed: the businessman’s car was shot with a machine gun at one of the intersections of Korolev near Moscow. According to the investigation, murder and attempted theft are links in the same chain, which is why the investigation of these initially different criminal cases was combined into the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee.

Yulia Egorova during interrogations for a long time claimed that the power of attorney used by the criminals was fake. But when a handwriting examination proved the authenticity of her signature, she disappeared. Now they are trying to find her and detain her. According to the Investigative Committee, the testimony of ex-lawyer Mr. Mineev will help identify the organizers of the attempted theft of shopping centers belonging to the businessman, who, as the investigation believes, are also the customers of his murder.

According to Kommersant, the investigation suspects one of the former top managers of the companies, Mr. Mineev, of organizing the crime. During the investigation, it turned out that at first he simply robbed the businessman, appropriating a significant part of the payment from real estate tenants. And then, as investigators believe, he decided to commit a scam involving the re-registration of ownership rights to shopping centers, apparently counting on imminent death your employer by natural reasons(V Lately Mr. Mineev developed gangrene of his legs due to a severe form of diabetes). However, the businessman discovered the fraud, which apparently forced its organizer to turn to hired killers.

Let us note that the criminals still failed to complete the scam. At the request of investigator Antonov, on May 16, the Babushkinsky District Court of Moscow seized the stolen property. After this, the shopping centers were transferred for safekeeping to the heirs of the deceased businessman, who were recognized as victims in the criminal case. “Currently, the process of establishing real control over real estate by members of the Mineev family is underway, as it turned out that many tenants, misled by the already dismissed management of the company, continue to transfer rent under fictitious contracts. We hope that in the near future there will also be a criminal case has been initiated,” lawyer Boris Grinberg, representing members of the family of the deceased businessman, told Kommersant.

Osteoporosis is a disease in which there is a progressive violation of posture.

Osteoporosis is a disease in which there is a progressive violation of posture. Vertebral fractures can be manifested by decreased height, increased thoracic kyphosis, that is, curvature upper section spine, as well as functional limitations.
Over the course of a person’s life, there are two peaks in the incidence of fractures: childhood and in old age. The second peak is due to the increasing prevalence of osteoporosis.
Bone fractures due to osteoporosis can be of any location. The most typical are fractures of the thoracic and lumbar vertebrae, the distal radius, proximal part femur. Calcium is essential structural component skeleton and dental system of the person and performs several functions in our body, namely:
participates in the processes of blood clotting and muscle contraction
regulates the tone of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system;
regulates membrane permeability for potassium and sodium ions;
regulates the synthesis of acetylcholine in the processes of synaptic transmission;
promotes the release of mediators, release and physiological effect hormones, enhances the effect of vasopressin.

Osteoporosis is main reason fractures in men and women over fifty years of age and represents a growing public health problem in Europe and other countries around the world.
