Brew 2 teaspoons of dry rose hips with one glass of boiling water, heat the broth over low heat for 5 minutes, let it brew for half an hour and strain.

Soak a cotton swab in warm broth and apply to the sore eye for 15-20 minutes. The same remedy can be used for conjunctivitis.

Method 4. Express method - tea bags.

Take used tea bags, lukewarm or cold. Put them on your eyes in the evening or even during breakfast. In order for the method to work more efficiently, it is better to lie down with bags. It is best to use regular black tea bags without additives.

Method 5. Moisturizing drops.

Such drops are analogues of tear fluid. You can apply them at any time of the day if you feel discomfort in the eyes.

Method 6. Millet.

If the eyes are reddened and watery, 1 tbsp. rinse a spoonful of millet, pour half a liter of boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Drain the broth, cool and rinse their eyes half an hour before bedtime. Before going to bed, put a swab dipped in this warm decoction on your eyelids for 5 minutes.

Method 7. Infusion of cornflower.

1 teaspoon of crushed cornflower flowers pour 0.5 liters of boiling water and put in a warm place for an hour, then squeeze and pour the infusion into a glass bottle with a cork. You can store the infusion for no more than two days. 2 times a day, wipe your eyes with a swab dipped in cornflower blue infusion.

Method 8. Raw potatoes.

With inflammation of the eyes from lack of sleep, ordinary raw potatoes. Take 2 medium-sized potatoes, peel them and grate them on a fine grater - put the mass in gauze bags, which must be applied to the eyes for 20 minutes.

Method 9. Cucumber compresses.

To make cucumber compresses, simply cut off two circles. fresh cucumber and apply to the eyes for 15 minutes.

Method 10. A short break.

A short break will help relieve fatigue. You need to relax, close your eyes for 2-3 minutes or look at other objects. You can also do a simple exercise: tangibly, but without pressure, apply back side palms of the hands to closed eyes then remove your palms and open your eyes. Repeat at least 10 times.

Method 11. Blink!

This method is applicable in any setting, including in a meeting or when you are driving. Just blink - often, intensely, consciously. Rapid blinking is a good relaxing exercise for tired eyes.
