But you can't do that. For this purpose, the so-called " energy meditation".

Choose a method that directly attracts you and follow it for 10 days, practicing it in your place. If you feel stronger, continue your practice for 3 months, after which this meditation will either become a part of you or spontaneously fall away.

General rules

  • start and end the exercises facing east;
  • The ideal time for meditation is the time of sunrise and sunset, noon, midnight, full moon night;
  • the exercise can be done in a group or independently, but in a group the energy is stronger.

The most available methods energy meditation were proposed by Sri Bhagavan Rajineesh, the author made some changes to them.

Dynamic Meditation

1st stage. 5 minutes. Deep, rapid, chaotic breathing through the nose. Forget the body, the mind, become the breath itself, leaving the body to itself.

2nd stage. 5 minutes. Catharsis. Give yourself free rein, be like crazy: scream, squeal, jump, shake, dance, laugh. Merge with the energy and with everything that is happening as completely as possible.

3rd stage. 5 minutes. Jump up with your arms raised, shouting loudly: “Hu-u, hu-u, hu-u!” driving this sound into the lower abdomen, into the genitals, into the base of the spine. Make sure this happens naturally.

4th stage. 7 minutes. Stop. Freeze where you are, in whatever position you find yourself. Watch the energy flow inside your body.

5th stage. 7 minutes. Sit on your knees, concentrate your attention on your lower abdomen. Allow your body to sway, but be careful.

Kundalini Meditation

We will talk about kundalini - the powerful internal energy of a person - later, but for now we will point out that this meditation harmonizes a person’s internal energy with external, cosmic energy.

1st stage. Stand up, tense all the muscles in your body as hard as you can, then relax and listen to the buzzing tremors that arise in your body. Surrender yourself to it completely, become the vibration itself, the trembling. Feel the energy rising through your body from bottom to top. Your eyes should be closed.

2nd stage. Slowly make circular movements with your lower abdomen and hips counterclockwise, all while increasing their amplitude. Your head should be still.

3rd stage. Rotate your torso, tilting it forward and backward as much as possible. Your body moves, but the base of the spine (sacral area) remains in one point.

4th stage. Sit on your knees, wrap your hands around your feet, then lean forward, placing your torso on your knees and touching your head to the ground. Relax completely.

Each stage takes five minutes. Control: after a few exercises you should feel a warmth at the base of the spine, which with further exercises will continue longer and longer until it becomes constant.

Mandala Meditation

The purpose of this meditation is not only the accumulation of energy, but also the direction to higher psychic centers, through which the disclosure of so-called extrasensory abilities is achieved. The duration of each stage is from five to fifteen minutes.

1st stage. Run with eyes closed, try to touch (hit) the buttock or tailbone area with your heel. This will allow you to absorb Earth energy. Breathe deeply and evenly.

2nd stage. Sit with your eyes closed, your mouth relaxed and open, and sway gently. Your energy will go to the navel center.

3rd stage. Lie on your back and rotate with open eyes clockwise. Make a full turn, as if you were looking at a huge clock, but do it as quickly as possible. Your mouth should be open and relaxed. Thus, the concentrated energy is directed to the "third eye".

The third eye, aka the eye of Shiva, aka the original cavity of spirituality, aka the source of immortal breath, aka ajna, in physiology corresponds to the pineal gland - the pineal gland. You will be interested to know that Descartes considered this very place to be the seat of the human soul, and modern physiology considers the pineal gland as a rudimentary eye of reptiles

4th stage. Close your eyes and concentrate your gaze on the point between your eyebrows. Stay calm and attentive.

Control: You should see green and blue waves of light pulsating against the purple spot. Maybe you will see something else, but in any case it should be light. In the future the picture will change.

Whirling Meditation

This type of meditation is now actively used in Sufi schools, but its origins are much ancient. At the origins, any prayer, any magical action is accompanied by whirling - likening it to the movement of the Sun, Moon and Stars. Echoes of this are preserved in folk dances (round dances), some rituals ( procession). But the essence, the energetic power of such a movement was lost. Meanwhile, whirling meditation is one of the most effective methods energy collection.

The circle occurs in one place counterclockwise. The right hand is raised with the palm up, and the left hand is lowered with the palm down. Imagine that you are collecting energy from Heaven with your right hand and returning some of it to Earth with your left hand. Start slowly, building up the speed until you are completely taken over. Eventually the body will fall of its own accord. Lie on your stomach, relaxing your whole body, focusing on the feeling of sinking into the earth, dissolving in it.

Control: at a certain stage of the circle your right hand you should feel an elastic barrier in front of you, a kind of force field penetrating into the center of your palm. Your palm should be warm. If it becomes cold, stop the exercise immediately.

Gourishankar Meditation

The technique of this meditation is close to the Pranayama technique in the Hatha Yoga system; its goal is to absorb energy from the surrounding space through special breathing exercises and concentration.

1st stage. Sit with your eyes closed. Inhale deeply through your nose, completely filling your lungs from bottom to top (first the stomach expands, then rib cage, then the shoulders rise). Hold your breath as long as possible, then exhale lightly through your mouth in reverse order, leaving your lungs empty for as long as possible. Repeat this cycle for 10 minutes.

2nd stage. Return to normal breathing and with a intent but calm gaze look at the flame of a candle or at some flickering light located at the level of your eyes at a distance of about one and a half meters. The body comes to rest.

3rd stage. With your eyes closed, stand up, allowing your body to relax but be receptive. You will feel a subtle internal energy that will encourage the body to move beyond your control. Let it happen, don't make these movements yourself, they should happen calmly.

4th stage. Lie on your back, spread your arms to the sides, lie calmly, silently.

Note: it is advisable to accompany the first three stages with continuous rhythmic beats in combination with background, soothing music. The rhythm frequency should be approximately seven times the frequency normal pulse, and, if possible, the light should flicker at the same frequency.

Control: a feeling of floating, being on a mountain peak, a feeling of cleanliness and freshness inside the body.

Shiva Netra Meditation

The purpose of this meditation is to absorb energy flows coming from above (“cosmic energy”) through the “third eye” and saturate the body with them. It consists of two stages, repeated three times, for a total of 6 five-minute stages.

1st stage. Sit completely still and focus your gaze on the blue light.

2nd stage. Close your eyes and rock gently and slowly from side to side.

Note: the best object of contemplation is the blue sky. Your gaze slowly rises from the light blue tones at the horizon to the dark blue at the zenith. The head is motionless. You can get by with a blue lamp with a rheostat; a regular blue lamp or other blue light will do.

Control: feeling of pressure, blowing at the point between the eyebrows or in the dark area.

Prayer Meditation

Prayer can simply be an energetic background - not a phenomenon of worshiping God, but a phenomenon of energy. You simply become a witness, participating in something higher. If you are an atheist, think about the boundlessness of the Cosmos, about Eternity, about the creation and destruction of worlds.

You raise your head and both hands, palms up to the sky, and feel something flowing into you. As the energy, or prana, flows through your hands, you will feel slight trembling. Become like a trembling leaf in the wind. Don't resist, let it happen, help it happen. After 2-3 minutes or when you feel completely full, bend down and kiss the ground. You simply become an intermediary allowing heavenly energy to unite with earthly energy. You will again feel merging with the Earth. Earth and Sky, Bottom and Top, Yin and Yang, Feminine and Masculine.

You merge with this feeling, you surrender to it completely and you yourself become one. These two stages must be repeated 6 more times so that each chakra can open.

Control: euphoric state, confusion, lasting 15-20 minutes after the end of meditation.

The purpose of prayer meditation is to open the channel between the Earth and the Cosmos within oneself. In magical operations, this channel is used to fulfill one's earthly desires through the use of cosmic energy. To do this, you don’t need any spells, any rituals, you just need to want it and your wish will come true. But creating a magical channel within oneself is a very complex and very lengthy process, so magic uses a number of auxiliary techniques aimed at achieving this goal. To create a channel between Heaven and Earth, fire is used, which is believed to belong to both worlds, and to connect with this clan within oneself, one needs the right view, that is, concentrated observation, which establishes a material connection between the observer and the observed.

The use of Heavenly Fire is associated with the fall of meteorites. Remember, “if a star falls, you have to make a wish”? A meteorite trail is a kind of ionized pipe that extends beyond the Earth’s energetic shell, a channel that you can use to communicate with the Cosmos. The technique is very simple: observe the starry sky, leaving all thoughts and focusing on the desire that you want to achieve. Your desire should not be expressed in words, you need to feel, experience it, it should become your feeling, the goal of your life during this period of time. Having seen a falling star, trace the trajectory of its fall, and then concentrate on the point in space where it disappeared, and express your desire in the words that come to mind. Immediately after this, try to forget about what you wished for, don’t think about it and don’t wait for your wishes to come true. Everything will happen by itself.

The use of Medium Fire differs only in that the object of concentration will not be a meteorite trail, but flashes of lightning, and the entire procedure can be repeated many times.

Finally, to use Earthfire, you need to light a very ordinary fire from the branches of a tree that has been struck by lightning. The flame of the fire should be even throughout your entire concentration. Abandoning all thoughts, concentrating on your desire, focus your gaze on the fire, then, continuing your concentration, throw green branches taken from the same tree into the fire and watch until it completely dissolves. Repeat all this three times, then wait until the fire goes out and return home without thinking about what you have done.

A mandatory condition for using these techniques is to find the correct location, and the effectiveness of their use increases when moving from a first-order grid to a fifth-order grid.

If your goal is destruction, keep in mind that every hostile action you take will sooner or later come back to you and turn against you.

Many of us can be confused by words or style of presentation. "Meditation, prana, Celestial or Earth energy", etc. - these words have long been the subject of mystical speculation. Understand only one thing: words are worth nothing. You must work on yourself if you want to succeed in business, and you can explain to yourself what you are doing in a thousand ways in various ways. If you want, consider that all these exercises are a kind of morning exercise for the nervous system, and that their goal is to liberate your body and get rid of motor stereotypes and muscle tightness. All this is true, but not the whole truth. Don't think about what you are doing, just listen to yourself and let the exercise bring you pleasure.

Laughing Meditation

The most frivolous thing, not very effective exercise. Laughter at its primary, physiological level is called excess energy. When you are tickled, your nerve centers are filled with energy, and you laugh selflessly, with complete abandon, as they say, “until you die.” If you learn to laugh the same way without external stimuli, laughter will cleanse your body of “energy waste” and fill it with light energy.

Therefore, every morning, when you wake up, before you open your eyes, stretch like a cat, feel all the muscles, all the cells of your body. After 3-4 minutes, start laughing. Just laugh for 5 minutes. At first you will do this, but soon trying to laugh will cause genuine laughter. Lose yourself in this laughter.

It may take several days before this happens because we are not used to what actions. But soon it will happen spontaneously and change the character of your day.

Control: a feeling of lightness throughout the body, a retreat of negative emotions, freedom from worries.

Spiritual and physical exhaustion sometimes overtakes us so suddenly that it can easily unsettle us. And most often we don’t know how to deal with it. And sometimes we don’t even want to, because our supply of vitality is zero.   • It is very important to breathe evenly, calmly and deeply. It's best to use your stomach.

Recovery Meditation: Basic Techniques

To restore your “piggy bank” of strength, it is not necessary to retire. The following simple exercise, which increases energy, can be performed at work, and, in general, in any public place. And again, the first thing to do is to completely relax; it is very important to try to stop the so-called internal dialogue, that is, throw absolutely all thoughts out of your head.

As you inhale, you should imagine how the golden river of prana fills the Nadis - energy channels human body. As you exhale, the flow is redistributed: the main part of the energy should be directed by will to where something is “jamming” (to the legs after a long run, to the head after writing a very difficult report, and so on).

Second version of meditation with visualization of recovery vital energy– imagine a powerful stream of golden light penetrating the body through the solar plexus and enveloping the brain and heart. How to meditate on a candle

To practice the next version of a simple and effective energy recovery meditation, you will need a church candle.

You need to light a candle and sit right in front of it in the lotus position (for those who don’t know what it is or simply cannot sit like that, a simple “Turkish” pose will do). It’s good to place the candle near the wall and sit so that the entire space of the room is behind your back - this way the details of the situation will not distract from meditation.

Next, you need to look closely at the flame for a while, squinting your eyes. By concentrating, you can close your eyelids. Then you should open your eyes, mentally directing all the problems and hardships to the light, and close them, imagining how they burn there. Repeat several times until your soul feels light and good, and your body feels that the energy gain is complete.

Water meditation for increased energy

This option is a little similar to the previous one, only here you need to sit near water (a river, stream or open tap). Having made yourself comfortable, you need to imagine how water washes every cell of the body, taking with it problems and other negativity. It’s good to imagine how clean blue water enters the body, and a dirty stream clouded with garbage flows out. Water passes and passes through the body without ending. Gradually, at the exit, the flow becomes more and more pure, until the moment comes when the water entering and exiting the body has the same color. Now the body has been renewed, the energy has reached balance. There was a restoration of strength and vigor.

Another meditation option. You need to visualize a golden lake, charged with light, clean energy. Good power seethes in the thickness of the waters, boiling with yellow bubbles. The practice described below can be an energy salvation for those who work in an office all day. In order for the power of Mother Earth to help restore bodily vigor and mental balance, you need to hide for a while from everyone in the kingdom of nature. You can practice restoration in any park or square, or it is best to go out into the countryside to free yourself from the pressure of the littered aura of the city - an anthill. You need to choose a warm, sunny day. Take off your shoes, take a walk, run on the grass. Then stop and raise your palms to the sky. Visualize the golden-brown energy of the earth: let it flow through your body from the tips of your toes to your outstretched palms. Power bursts out of the palms, rushing into the ground again. It travels many, many thousands of kilometers until it reaches its original source - the earth's core. Feel how your body is saturated with the powerful ancient energy of the planet. When you feel a surge of strength, mentally get out of this cycle. Lie down on the grass for a while in the angel pose - with your arms and legs outstretched. This will give the body an additional boost of energy.

Meditation is unique opportunity replenish energy reserves. Energy can be gained through the help of four elements:

Let's start meditation. Sit comfortably near the water. You can sit or lie down. It’s good if you take a comfortable mat, sitting on which you can relax.

Look at the current, at the reflections of the water. Observe how the wind causes vibrations in the water surface. Listen to the sounds of water. Very soon you will be captivated by the observation that it will be difficult to tear your eyes away.

Water has the ability to remove anxiety and restore energy. During meditation, try to turn off your thoughts. If it doesn’t work out, then think about something pleasant and calm.

Let this magical state last for at least 20 minutes, or better yet half an hour or an hour. You will feel truly renewed after observing the pond. It’s not for nothing that they say that water is the source of life.

To enhance the cleansing and restoration effect, you can wash your face with water or go knee-deep in water. Even better is to swim, but this is not always possible. Sun meditation can be done on any sunny, not too cold day. This could be spring, summer, or autumn.

Go to a park, square or nature. Find a comfortable place where you can sit and relax.

In Japan and other Eastern countries, there is a centuries-old tradition of admiring cherry blossoms and other trees. Residents of these countries are very busy at work, they are constantly overworked, so restoring vitality is a priority.

Feel free to smell the flowers and inhale the wonderful aromas. They are much nicer than the aroma of any perfume, aren’t they? Just don't overdo it, otherwise there is a risk of allergies.

During autumn, don't miss the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of trees whose leaves turn red, orange or bright yellow. Make time for a long walk and experience the beauty of autumn to the fullest.

Go to nature or to the country. Select a lawn and check for debris or any dangerous objects. Stand with your bare feet on the grass.

Stand for a few minutes, feeling the power of the Earth. Imagine how the Earth feeds you with energy.

Then walk around the lawn. Try to concentrate on your feelings without being distracted by extraneous thoughts. This concentration has a beneficial effect on your condition, calms your emotions, and gives you peace of mind.

As children, most of us tried to lie on the grass, on the snow or on a carpet of fallen autumn leaves. But how long have you repeated your childhood experience?

Element of fire: working with a candle

  1. Coarse salt.
  2. Candlestick.

Next, place it on the floor so that it is convenient to observe the flame. It absorbs negative energy. Place the candle securely so that it does not fall.
