Natalia saw exactly the same description elsewhere. Of course, I understand that things can be different. And I'm very sorry for your pet. But you also have your share of the blame; you probably should have contacted us earlier. My cat and I had a slightly similar situation: after dry food, he began to swell, stopped going to the toilet, and on the second day after he refused to eat, we ran without looking back to the Center clinic. They helped us almost right away. I don’t know what they did with the cat, I understand that the spectacle was not for the faint of heart. The most important thing is the result. Our cat now eats, there are no problems with the toilet. True, we had to give up dry food completely; as a bonus, we were also given a certain diet. That's why I want to say Thank you.

I will try without emotions, although it will be difficult to do this. First, most important, absolute indifference to animals, bordering on rudeness. Doctors rightly believe that people distraught with grief will bear everything, and do not bother themselves by pretending that they are at least in the least concerned about the condition of the animal. A leapfrog of indifferent doctors, always new faces, always starting from the beginning.
Second, this is just cynical...

I called this clinic and couldn’t get an answer to basic questions; moreover, I never got an answer from the employee where they do the tests?! Why hide it, if the laboratory has no complaints, why don’t they name it?!
There are bad reviews for the veterinary test, but there is a very pleasant price list for cooperation, and I wouldn’t want to overpay at the color one and get tests from there (!)
It’s better to go directly to the laboratory, saving money and nerves!
At the first doubt, I would visit another clinic with a seriously ill animal, listen to different doctors, would not wait for a disastrous result... and for seriously ill people, without fractures, falls, they do not do x-rays, TC Irradiation further shortens life! They do an ultrasound, donate urine and blood
I sympathize with those who have lost their animals.

This is the clinic that I have been going to for 15 years with my “bunnies”. I treat my peaches only here, we also go here to get vaccinations. I can’t even imagine that other doctors from another medical institution will examine my babies. On the one hand, this is a habit, and on the other, this habit has developed because the doctors here are excellent and aces in their field. I trust them.

I read Lyudmila’s review and was surprised, people who have been to the Center clinic more than once, who liked everything there, whose animal was rescued by doctors, treated and cared for, suddenly, because of one incident, declare that that’s it, they have no more relations with the clinic they don’t want to have it. Why so abruptly? I like the clinic, even if I carefully search, there are only a few such veterinary clinics providing quality services in Moscow. The staff here is good, the doctors are highly qualified, they study constantly, that is, they are aware of all the new products. All the medical equipment here is modern; after all, the prices here are average, not extortionate. So, I’m sure that you, Lyudmila, will cool down and again take your pets to this particular clinic. In general, of course, it’s better not to get sick))))

I have been a regular client of the Center veterinary clinic on Tsvetnoy Boulevard for 15 years, but apparently I will have to look for another clinic. It got much worse. The qualifications of doctors have decreased. Despite the availability of a lot of devices and devices for making a diagnosis, the diagnosis is not clearly made. A lot of people (much more than clients) walk around the clinic imposingly, slowly, picking their noses. No one is in a hurry to accept emergency animals, although they promise immediate help over the phone (7.07 York with a broken spine, 8.07 guinea pig Syoma - filled out the form). Only one doctor works from 21:00, although all troubles with animals usually occur in the evenings and on weekends. On July 8, at approximately 10-11 p.m., a young intern was simply rude to a client with a heavy cat, Dulcinea, from the hospital. I'm not even talking about prices. Well, okay, prices, if they still help you, but if “you go and go to school, and then, bam, it’s the second shift” - they don’t help the animal. Establish discipline. Shake up the staff. Probably the salaries are too good. I was very dissatisfied with the visits. I hope I won't come again. My dog (after all the manipulations for 6 thousand rubles and a lot of wasted time) was never diagnosed with diarrhea - possibly worms... I agree with the previous negative reviews. It was not possible to leave a review on the clinic’s website.

I went to the clinic with my dog. A normal clinic, they accepted me quickly, they practically didn’t sit near the office. True, we arrived at 7 am. The doctor was sleepy, but efficient, examined the dog, sent him for an ultrasound, said that everything was fine, feed the dog correctly. Put food poisoning, prescribed medications and sent me home. There was no heap of examinations that they write about here. No one detained us here and extracted money from us. For a moment it seemed like we were in an ordinary government veterinarian, only well furnished. I paid a total of 4 tons and that’s it. The dog lay down for a day, and by evening he galloped like a horse.

Dear pet owner! Having considered your application, I would like to inform you of the following. To study the situation, the clinic’s management carefully studied Willis’ medical history, watched video recordings of the appointment, and received explanations from the veterinarians who examined your cat. Willis was taken to the clinic on January 14, 2017. with complaints of lethargy, loss of appetite, profuse drooling, which were observed for 2 days. You reported that the day before, Willis may have drank water from a toilet with detergent attached to the rim, and also ate the leaves of a domestic palm tree. Upon examination it was revealed: condition moderate severity, hypersalivation, oral cavity: mucous membranes Pink colour, moist, shiny, without visible lesions or loss of integrity, abdomen: tense, liver enlarged, painful on palpation, kidneys round in shape, painful on palpation, lungs and heart: no abnormalities were detected. A preliminary diagnosis was made: intoxication of unknown etiology, suspicion of triiditis, foreign body of the esophagus. Completed: 01/14/17. blood sampling for clinical and biochemical research, 01/15/17 Ultrasound of organs abdominal cavity and retroperitoneal space, 01/17/17. Rn-graphy of the neck and chest. Blood tests were ordered to identify changes characteristic of a bacterial or viral infection, exclude anemia, thrombocytopenia, inflammatory process, to detect dysfunction internal organs, namely the liver and kidneys, disorders metabolic processes, which can develop in response to intoxication or be the cause of its development. An ultrasound was ordered to assess the character structural changes internal organs due to enlargement and pain of the liver and kidneys, as well as assessing the condition of the pancreas and intestines. PH-graphy of the neck and chest area was prescribed to rule out foreign bodies, neoplasms and other changes that could cause hypersalivation. The examination revealed: decreased renal function, right-sided nephroptosis (prolapse of the kidney) and decreased renal perfusion, signs of triid (inflammatory process in the pancreas, liver and biliary system, intestines, in particular in the duodenum). Also, your cat has been excluded from dangerous viral infections: leukemia and immunodeficiency. To correct the condition, Willis was prescribed and carried out appropriate treatment: Reamberin, Ringer solution, 0.9% sodium chloride solution, sireniya, acyloc, enterodesis was prescribed orally. Recommended hospital treatment. On January 18, 2017, at an appointment with Willis, a tremor was recorded lower jaw and ulcerative lesions of the tip of the tongue. Due to the appearance of neurological symptoms and the lack of vaccination of the animal against rabies, the cat’s life history was again collected. During the history taking process, the doctor was inaccurately provided with information about Willis's possible contact with other animals: information was first provided about complete absence such contacts were subsequently reported to have had contact with other animals within the past 6 months. In addition, the owner’s representative, who was at the reception with Willis on 01/18/17, was not sure that he owned complete information about possible contacts of Willis with other animals, because, according to her, other family members could take the cat out of the apartment. Doctors Orlova A.V. and Zueva N.M. explanations were given about the current situation. The development of neurological symptoms can accompany a number of diseases. Rabies is a dangerous contagious disease that is fatal in animals and humans. Rabies is transmitted through contact between a healthy and sick animal, rarely through objects or external environment. If rabies were suspected in Willis, not only family members would be at risk, but all other people who had been in contact with the animal over the past 3 weeks, including clinic staff. Children are at particular risk, especially at the age of several months, because... carrying out preventive measures if they are suspected of being infected with rabies, it is extremely dangerous for them, which must be taken into account by the veterinarian. Since absolutely reliable information about Willis’s contact with other animals was not provided, and Willis was not vaccinated against rabies, a signature was taken on the need to provide complete and reliable information about the absence of such contacts. Code Russian Federation on administrative violations and the Moscow City Code on Administrative Offenses for failure to comply with mandatory requirements in the field of veterinary medicine and untimely vaccination of animals against rabies provides for administrative liability. In cases in which the above offenses lead to the spread of epizootics and other grave consequences, animal owners may be prosecuted in accordance with Part 1 of Article 249 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. You are absolutely right in asserting that animals suspected of having the disease, or even being infected, with rabies should be immediately isolated and quarantined. Willis was not sent to quarantine because He was not diagnosed with rabies, which the owner was told about several times. However, this did not eliminate the need to clarify information about the cat’s contacts with other animals. Treatment for the underlying disease did not stop for Willis, i.e. The doctors performed the examination and basic manipulations, including injections, and a follow-up appointment was scheduled for January 19, 2017. This would also not be possible if your cat is suspected of having rabies due to the risk of infecting clinic staff with rabies. Due to the appearance of an ulcerative lesion of the mucous membrane of the tongue, the owner’s representative, who was at the appointment with Willis on January 18, 2017, was also asked to rule out viral infections: rhinotracheitis and calicivirosis (which was done to you in another clinic). The treatment was also adjusted: additional treatment was prescribed oral cavity miramistin and dental solcoseryl, stromogyl. In connection with the identification of structural changes in right kidney, signs of decreased renal function, signs of triitis, to assess Willis’s condition over time, it was recommended: monitoring a blood test, ultrasound of the intestines, pancreas, liver and biliary system. Diagnostic and therapeutic measures, carried out on Willis during the entire period of observation in the clinic were justified and corresponded to the anamnesis data, the results of clinical examinations and other diagnostic measures. We are sorry that you had to go through several anxious days. However, doctors were obliged to warn you about potential danger due to Willis' lack of rabies vaccination. We also hope that in further execution Preventive vaccination for Willis and other pets will allow you and your loved ones to avoid such a situation.

Answer

Good afternoon, I’ll say right away that it’s very cool that you respond to reviews and understand each case! I have no complaints about how many different tests were done on him - it was important to find the reason. But I do not agree that you were given incomplete information: when asked about contact with other animals Lately we immediately said that Ulysses had contact with the kitten (friends asked to look after him for a week, just before Ulysses got sick. The kitten had just been vaccinated). Most likely the problem is that each time a new doctor examined us and asked all the same questions. The last doctor asked if there had been contacts over the last six months (I talked to her on the phone) - and I answered that if you take six months, and not just recently, then there was contact with another cat (who died of kidney disease recently). So I don’t agree that this is providing incomplete information - when they ask a hundred times different people, maybe it’s just that information doesn’t circulate well between them, but whose fault is it then?! Not ours, for sure. I was just talking to Anna Valerievna, she was examining us in one of the latest tricks. After she said that there was suspicion of rabies and everyone who was in contact with the animal would die, she said that these symptoms could be due to a number of other diseases, but that she could not check for them, since they were sent to Potentially infectious material cannot be laboratory tested. Like, take the cat and wait for him to die. Just imagine our condition. I have a newborn daughter - and here it is. About the vaccination: Ulysses had a rabies vaccination in 2013. There was no repeat vaccination later, but the old vaccination continues to work, albeit to a lesser extent, which reduces the risk of infection. Moreover, what is the probability of contracting rabies in an apartment?! Of course, I agree that it is necessary to vaccinate and as soon as the cat recovers, I will do it. But is this a reason to raise suspicions about such terrible diagnoses? If, as you say, such a diagnosis was not made, then why did they refuse to take an infection test? In any case, all's well that ends well. And the doctors who examined Ulysses in the first two days (I spoke by phone, but I don’t remember their names, unfortunately) were very nice and caring, despite the fact that they did not find the cause. Best regards, Alexandra

Answer

Dear Alexandra! During Ulysses’ reception on 01/18/17, a lot of time was really spent informing Elena Stanislavovna, who was at the reception with Ulysses on 01/18/17, about the danger of rabies for animals and humans. This, apparently, was the reason for your opinion that Ulysses may be suspected of having this disease. However, the doctors who examined Ulysses on January 18, 2017 noted that the likelihood of Ulysses being infected with rabies is extremely low, and this disease is not suspected in him, so there is no reason to carry out quarantine measures. Information about possible contacts of Ulysses with other animals was provided in parts: initially such contacts were excluded, then it became clear about contact with a friends kitten and another cat who died from renal failure(these facts were reported by you one by one, during 2 telephone conversations with the doctor), as well as the fact of Ulysses leaving the apartment into the entrance of the house. In addition, Elena Stanislavovna, who was at the reception with Ulysses on January 18, 2017, was not sure that she had complete information about possible contacts. Realizing that for full recovery All events over 6 months require some time, the doctor was asked to clarify all the facts of possible contacts of Ulysses with other animals and provide this information at a subsequent appointment. Regarding the issue of taking samples. Indeed, the collection, transportation and examination of biosamples from animals suffering from infections dangerous to humans may require special conditions, but are not impossible or prohibited. In this case, the doctor considered it possible to prescribe treatment based on specific symptom for calicivirus - ulceration of the mucous membrane of the tongue: antibiotic (Stomardil) and treatment of the oral cavity with antiseptic (Miramistin) and wound-healing (Solcoseryl dental) drugs. A recommendation was also given to examine the kitten with whom Ulysses had contact for chronic calicivirus. Perhaps it was he who was the source of Ulysses’ infection, despite the presence of preventive vaccination. Additionally, we would like to inform you that vaccination against rabies protects animals from this infection for 1 – 3 years (depending on the vaccine used). We are glad that Ulysses is recovering. We must also thank you for leaving your review. The investigation on this issue allowed us to identify shortcomings in our work, which led to misunderstandings between the doctor and your family members, which, in turn, caused you so much worry. We also thank you for the constructive dialogue. Once again we express our regret that similar situation has developed. Sincerely, Clinic "Center"

Answer

What should you do first after crossing the threshold of your home? a pet? It doesn’t matter if it’s a kitten or a puppy, you urgently need to find a good veterinarian, preferably working in a 24-hour veterinary clinic with excellent reviews and recommendations. Then you can be sure: no matter what happens, you will be able to receive qualified medical assistance at any time. After all, as you know, trouble always comes at the most inopportune moment, late in the evening, on weekends or holidays. Today we want to talk about the capital’s clinics.

Modern realities

Pet owners have a very large choice here; in Moscow there are hundreds of large and small clinics that offer their services. However, only a few of them can boast of good equipment, the presence of experienced doctors and a humane attitude towards a four-legged pet. Today our focus is on Tsvetnoy Boulevard. We are interested in the features of the work and reviews regular customers.

Briefly about the main thing

The clinic is located in a cozy pre-revolutionary mansion. It opened quite a long time ago; for more than 25 years, furry pets of all ages and breeds have been accepted here. Vet clinic on Tsvetnoy Boulevard is a real standard of what an animal hospital should be. Every year of her work is invaluable experience, new knowledge, as well as grateful animals and owners. Today the clinic is no longer the same as it was in the first years after its opening. It has changed in appearance, it has become very spacious and cozy here. But the main thing is the equipment. The veterinary clinic on Tsvetnoy Boulevard is a full-fledged hospital, equipped with a laboratory and all diagnostic equipment.

Medical staff

Even the best equipment cannot replace the experience and intuition of a practicing physician. It is in search of a true professional that the owners of a seriously ill animal sometimes have to visit dozens of institutions, wasting time and money. The veterinary clinic on Tsvetnoy Boulevard is actually science Center. There are 9 candidates of science working here, who simultaneously take part in the training of veterinarians. The clinic has published many scientific works and created excellent atlases. The Veterinary Clinic "Center" on Tsvetnoy Boulevard is a close-knit team of passionate professionals. In most cases, even the most difficult patients can be treated here.

Yesterday Today Tomorrow

Legendary people worked here in the last century veterinarians. This is Doctor Zimin and Paranich. And today there are regular customers who remember them in their work. In 1990, a true enthusiast of his work became the head physician of the clinic. It was he who organized the first operating room for animals in the capital. Since 1990, the “Center” has reached such a scale that it has become the first place in the capital for advanced training for veterinarians and students. Many of those who were trained here went on to open their own clinics. A striking example- net " White Fang", which is one of the best in the capital. And of course, every year the number of those who were given a second chance at life by the veterinary clinic on Tsvetnoy Boulevard only increases. Reviews from regular customers indicate that here you can get qualified help and advice on any issue, at any time of the year. In addition, patients emphasize reasonable price tags and the correct attitude of the staff, which is also worth a lot.

Range of services

The veterinary clinic on Tsvetnoy Boulevard, 11, offers its clients widest spectrum medical services. Some small hospitals for people may envy the equipment of the “Center”. The appointment begins in the therapist's office, with the exception of severe cases when it is required emergency resuscitation or surgical intervention. It is here that a thorough examination, interview with the owner, and anamnesis are taken, after which the furry patient is sent to specialists and for examination, if the case requires it.

Thanks to this approach good feedback received the Center veterinary clinic on Tsvetnoy Boulevard. Reviews say that from the very first appointment you are pleasantly surprised by the warm atmosphere and willingness to help. Doctors try to find out as much information as possible about the patient in order to provide him with full assistance, but at the same time they do not prescribe a useless and expensive examination in this case, which is the sin of some private clinics.

Reception of specialists

In addition to seeing a therapist at the circus on Tsvetnoy Boulevard, it provides its patients with a full range of qualified medical care. If you already had pets, then you have probably encountered the fact that when you come to a small hospital, you are forced to be content with the services of one specialist who simultaneously does complex operation on the intestines and preventive vaccination a one-month-old puppy, or even consults someone over the phone.

Doctors with the following qualifications work here:

Contact Information

As we already mentioned, it is located on Tsvetnoy Boulevard. The formerly state-owned and now private hospital has the potential for further growth and development, but even today it has reached good heights. Without false modesty, it can be called the best in terms of the quality of equipment and the number of qualified specialists who work here. If you are traveling by public transport, then you need to get off at the Tsvetnoy Boulevard metro station. Walk right 200 meters and turn into the courtyard, into the arch behind the restaurant. And in front of you is a house with a sign “Center”. Reception 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Prices for admission

Today, treatment is not cheap, this is a fact, but prices here in the capital are average. Considering the level and quality of service, this is a more than acceptable option. Initial appointment a therapist costs 890 rubles, subsequent ones are already 490. Appointment narrow specialists costs about 1,500 rubles, ultrasound - 2 thousand rubles. We will not describe all the procedures; there is not enough space for this in our short article. But the sooner you seek help, the faster and cheaper it will be. will undergo treatment. In some cases, it is possible to obtain an installment plan. Typically, this scheme is practiced when an emergency and expensive operation is required, for which it is difficult to find money immediately.

Opinions from regular visitors

Analyzing numerous reviews, we are surprised to note that there are practically no negative ones among them. Of course, there are bitter lines from owners who have lost their pet, but most of them note that the doctors did everything they could. In general, people say that the doctors who work here are adequate and kind, responsive and open. Without distortions, unnecessary appointments and examinations, they try to alleviate your pet’s condition, and in most cases they succeed.

If necessary, you can leave the animal in the hospital. This is often much easier than transporting large dog V in serious condition, especially after surgery, for dressings. You can come to visit your pet several times a day, each time receiving complete information about the change in your pet’s condition.

The Center veterinary clinic is located in a pre-revolutionary mansion on Tsvetnoy Boulevard.

Treating animals since 1922

Veterinary clinic "Center" is one of the first private clinics in Moscow. Since the early 90s, we have been accepting animals around the clock in a cozy mansion in the historical center of Moscow - on Tsvetnoy Boulevard, next to the Old Moscow Circus. Animals have been treated in the same building since the beginning of the last century.
