Gout refers to chronic recurrent diseases, which are based on a violation of purine metabolism. The disease is characterized by the accumulation in the body urates(salts of uric acid), which, deposited in the joints and kidneys, cause disruption of their functions.

Signs, symptoms and treatment

The main diagnostic signs and symptoms include:
